Paul joined The Pennfield School in 2023. With multiple headships and consulting experience at more than fifty independent schools, Paul brings a unique perspective on how schools can meet the needs of students in an ever-changing educational landscape.

A passionate advocate for student-centered learning, Paul has been at the forefront of designing programs that promote inclusivity, social-emotional growth, and sustainability. An international presenter on global citizenship and innovation in education, he helped shape experiential, project-based initiatives that preserve academic rigor while equipping students with the skills and capacities required for the future. His leadership emphasizes belonging, creativity, and responsibility, with a strong belief that schools must prepare students to engage in service and to care for the planet through sustainable practices.

Paul grew up in Central Massachusetts and is a graduate of Roger Williams University. His career in education began in New England, and he is “wicked” excited to be back in the region he considers home. Paul became a professional actor right out of high school, and early in his career, he even spent a summer working as an actor at Astor’s Beechwood Mansion in Newport.
