The Pennfield School is proud to name the annual golf tournament in honor of Mark Bistline, parent of Daisy ’22, James ’21, and Bennett ’03. Mark was brilliant and charming, an extraordinary story-teller, gifted artist, and an avid golfer. Under Mark’s leadership, resolve, and creativity, Pennfield secured our permanent home on Little Slocum Farm. Mark was elected to the Pennfield Board of Trustees in 1995, served as vice-chair in 1999, and Chair from 2000-2004.

The Pennfield School will forever be grateful to Mark for his inspirational and distinguished leadership.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Pennfield’s 18th Annual Mark Bistline Golf Tournament on Monday, May 12 at Rhode Island Country Club. The event was a resounding success and we are looking forward to 2026!
