During the opening days of school, our 4th and 5th grade students headed to the W. Alton Jones Campus, University of Rhode Island’s Environmental Education Center, for a two-day, overnight adventure. The outdoor classroom provided a perfect setting for students to study natural sciences as well as work on team building challenges. As always, it was a wonderful bonding experience with plenty of laughter and learning, and our fourth graders are already looking forward to next year!
