Kaitlyn Cordeiro

Kaitlyn Cordeiro has dedicated her career to early childhood education. Before joining The Pennfield School, Kaitlyn was a Pre-K teacher and Education Coordinator in 2015 and was promoted to Co-Director in 2020 where she supported teachers, curriculum, and classroom experiences. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Rhode Island College in 2014 and is a Rhode Island certified teacher. Kaitlyn is passionate about creating a classroom where children feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Outside of school, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. Much of her free time is spent making memories with her family, whether they’re at the beach, exploring new places, or cheering on her girls at their activities. She is grateful to be part of a school community that allows her to continue doing what she loves.

When she has a quiet moment to herself, you can find Kaitlyn curled up with her puppies and a good psychological thriller book or relaxing outside on the porch by the fire.
