Alexis is absolutely thrilled to be joining Pennfield this school year! She recently moved from Tucson, Arizona where she taught drama to children ages 4-11 in a youth theatre program. Alexis’ love for theatre began as a child; she participated in programs such as, Summer on Stage, with the Arizona Theatre Company and a Summer Conservatory with The American Musical and Dramatic Academy. These experiences strengthened her love for being on stage, and she graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Theatre degree (emphasis in Performance). Alexis also minored in Women and Gender Studies. With this knowledge she is committed to making all spaces she enters a welcoming, inclusive, and kind place for everyone. She cannot wait to bring out the confidence of our Pennfield students and introduce them to the wonderful world of theatre.
Alexis loves watching scary movies in her free time and it is a dream of hers is to someday bring a haunted house experience to New England. to the East Coast.
