ALL vendors (except those selling clothing & footwear) MUST have a Rhode Island sales tax number or obtain a temporary Rhode Island Sales Tax Application from The Pennfield School in order to participate in Cornucopia.

Please list all categories that apply to your craft (painting, jewelry, clothing, etc.). We reserve the right to remove any items not disclosed on your application. Items must be handmade. Please upload up to 3 photos of your work. (1.2 Mb max. each)

Booth Space & Location Request

Booth spaces are approximately 8’ x 10’ (80 square feet). Some booth spaces vary slightly in shape and size. If you have a large or tall display, please inform us so that we may place you in an appropriate space.
Booth space - $165. Below you may also choose to rent tables (a maximum of 2) for $15 each.
After hitting submit you will be directed to PayPal to complete payment. Please only hit submit once and be patient as you are redirected to PayPal. All sales final.

Booth space will be assigned by the Cornucopia Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: While we will do our best to accommodate your request, a particular booth assignment is NOT GUARANTEED. Artists will be informed of their location upon arrival at the show.

Table rentals (8' x 2-1/2') are available for $15/ each (max 2 per artist).

Donation Information



I would like to donate a piece of my art or craft to The Pennfield School to be sold separately at the show. All proceeds from artists’ donations will be used to fund the Arts Festival week at The Pennfield School. This is a week dedicated to exposing students to all aspects of the arts, featuring workshops and professional performances.
