If you are a graduate of The Pennfield School (or prior to 1993 The New School), or attended these schools at some time in your life, you will always be a member of The Pennfield School community. You are one of a distinguished small group of people who have a wonderful and memorable shared experience – teachers who cared, friends for life, unforgettable camps and field trips, and hopefully a love and appreciation for excellence in education and the arts that will last your entire life.
Over the years, The Pennfield School and The New School called many locations home – Ruggles Avenue in Newport, Forest Avenue in Middletown, East Main Road in Portsmouth, and now, finally our permanent home on the Little Slocum Farm Campus on Sandy Point Avenue in Portsmouth. If you have not seen our new campus, you must make a point to come for a visit! We think you will agree it is exactly where we should be – in a country setting with fields and nature trails, and a beautiful new school building that blends nicely into the surroundings and has everything our teachers and students need.
To entice you back to campus, we have a number of annual events (that you, no doubt will remember), and some new events planned especially for Pennfield and New School alumni. As a valued member of the Pennfield community, you are invited to attend all of these events!
We also encourage you to keep in touch with us to let us know where you are and what you are up to. Have you recently graduated, gotten married, started a new business, relocated or just want to say hello? Drop us a line! We would love to hear from you. If you are looking for friends or teachers from Pennfield or The New School, we may be able to help you find them. Contact Stephanie Earp in The Advancement Office with your news, updates and inquiries. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
